How to register for Pathprovider
- When you register on our online platform, your PathProvider account will automatically be generated. You will be able to access your results through a highly secure medical delivery platform which will be linked to your E commerce account. As an added benefit, you will be able to use the same login details for both accounts.
- You can also register at your nearest SYNLAB facility. When visiting one of our facilities, please ask your phlebotomist to activate your PathProvider account so that you can access it directly from your devices.
- If you have run tests with SYNLAB before, please contact our 24h customer care team and request that your historic results be made available on your profile. This may require additional documentation to verify your identity to ensure patient confidentiality.
- If you are a medical professional or a health facility with multiple doctors, speak to your local SYNLAB representative who will assist you with your PathProvider setup.
